Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  
• We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  
• Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
  
• After your order is processed, we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe based on the product(s) ordered.
  

Shipping Times

• Standard shipping typically takes 2–3 weeks.
  
• Some products qualify for Quick Ship, which means a shorter delivery time.
  
• If the actual lead time differs from what's posted, we will notify you within 24–72 business hours of your purchase.
  

Product Availability

• If any item is delayed or on backorder, we will do our best to notify you promptly.
  

Shipping Locations & Restrictions

• We currently ship across Canada only.
  
• We do not ship to PO boxes.
