1.Does Prima work with homeowners’ architects and/or interior designers?

Prima Lighting will work with homeowners, architects and/or interior designers to achieve the desired goal. It is in our best interest to work with each other in order to complete a project seamlessly. 

2. Can customers make individual appointments with specific consultants at your showroom?

Yes, please call our showroom and ask for their name or extension. We have a team of designers and visionaries to help you formulate what you desire for your home or workplace. 

3. Are all Prima decorative light fixtures made to accommodate latest energy efficient bulbs?

Yes, at Prima Lighting we are dedicated to using energy efficient bulbs that will last longer and are more cost effective while saving energy.  

4. How does Prima select the brands they carry regarding lighting fixtures and home furnishings and décor items?

When selecting brands to carry we thoroughly consider which to include in our store. We choose the most unique companies that align with our values. It is important to us that the quality and pricing of each product meet customer expectations.

5. Does Prima offer product guarantees and what does that cover and for how long?

Prima values each customer and will provide product guarantees for any defects, damages or missing parts.  

6. Does Prima conduct in-home consultations and if so, is there any cost associated?

We offer in-home consultations to meet all requirements from our  customers. It is important that we connect with clients to understand their vision and values to meet their expectations.

7. Does Prima offer home delivery?

Yes, we offer home delivery to alleviate our customers from finding transportation for their light fixtures or furniture pieces.
